Delivery
It is important to us that your order is processed to your utmost satisfaction. Your customised watch will be delivered to you within 30 working days. We provide free tracked international delivery with every order. Delivery times for large corporate orders may differ. Please contact us for more information.
Should more time be needed for your order to be processed than was originally indicated or should watch components no longer be available, we will immediately notify you by e-mail. Your order can then be changed or cancelled, should you so desire.
Taxes and Customs Duties
Our production line is located in Switzerland, where the watches are sent from. VAT and/or other sales tax is not added to the price as displayed in your shopping cart when the watch is sold and shipped abroad. Each customer should pay VAT and/or custom duties directly to the carrier (UPS) where applicable.
